Rooms at Hayman are situated in either Palm, Pool, Lagoon and Beach Wings, whilst suites are located in Pool and Lagoon Wings. The Pool Wing, comprising Pool Rooms, Pool Access, Pool Deluxe and Pool Suites, overlooks the famous Hayman Pool and tropical gardens. Level 3 also offers views out to the Coral Sea and neighbouring Hook Island. This wing is ideal for guests wishing to be close to and enjoy views of the icon pool. The Palm Wing, comprising Palm Rooms, is centrally located in the resort with excellent access to all facilities.

Palm Room: (This room type not available after 31 March 2008) Centrally located on Level 2 of the Palm Wing, above the Hayman Arcade and close to the famous Hayman Pool. Each room has a spacious balcony. The bathroom contains a shower only (no tub).These rooms do not offer sea views. Room size is 33.54 sqm. Bedding is 1 Queen bed or 2 Single beds. Maximum room capacity is 2 guests.

Pool Room: On Level 2 of the Pool Wing, overlooking the famous Hayman Pool and tropical gardens. Each room has a spacious balcony and spacious marble bathroom with a shower over the bath. Pool Access: On Level 1 of the Pool Wing, these rooms are uniquely located on the edge of the Hayman Pool and offer the ultimate Hayman experience. Each room provides direct access from the room's balcony straight into the pool. Interior layout is the same as the Pool Room. This includes a spacious marble bathroom with a shower located over the bath. Room size is 37.64 sqm. Bedding is 1 Queen bed or 2 Single beds. Maximum room capacity is 3 guests.

Pool Deluxe: On Level 3 of the Pool Wing, overlooking the famous Hayman Pool, tropical gardens, Hayman Beach and Coral Sea. Special features include an open style contemporary bathroom with louvred shutters allowing stunning sea views from the bathroom. Bathroom features a separate shower and bath. Room size is 37.64 sqm. Pool Suite: On Levels 1, 2 and 3 of the Pool Wing, overlooking the famous Hayman Pool and tropical gardens. Suites on Level 3 also offer views of the Hayman Beach and Coral Sea. Retreat Room at Hayman, Great Barrier Reef

The Beach Wing comprises Beach Front rooms and a private Beach Villa fronting Hayman Beach, and Retreat Rooms set back from the beach in tropical gardens. This wing is ideal for couples wishing to stay in boutique accommodation in tranquil surrounds.

Beach Front Room: Located in the Beach Wing, on the Hayman Beach, fronting the Coral Sea and adjacent to the famous Hayman Pool. An exclusive group of 10 absolute beachfront rooms, each has a private terrace extending onto the white sandy beach. Each room is appointed throughout with terracotta tiles and the bathroom contains a romantic double spa with separate shower. Room size is 32 sqm. Bedding is 1 King bed or 2 Single beds. Retreat Room: In the tranquil tropical gardens of the Beach Wing within 10 metres of the Hayman Beach. An exclusive group of 16 rooms, each has a strong relationship with the outdoors, and the tropical surrounds provide a lush canopy enveloping a verandah and outdoor rinse shower. The interior is a peaceful haven of natural tones and rich grained woods. Special features include a daybed and an open plan luxurious bathroom with a sunken bath that overlooks a private rockery garden with outdoor rainwater shower. Room size is 38 sqm. Beach Villa: Situated on the Hayman Beach, overlooking the Coral Sea.Villa offers contemporary stylish beachfront living blending soft sand and marine hues, local timbers, woven rattan and natural furnishings. Features include concierge service, enclosed courtyard, outdoor deck with refreshing plunge infinity pool, refreshment bar, 42" plasma screen television and state of the art sound system. A large bathroom features a double vanity, frameless glass shower and centrepiece bath plus personalised bathroom amenities. There is a separate guest bathroom and outdoor rockery shower. Luxurious in size - 90 sqm. Maximum room capacity is 2 adults.

The Lagoon Wing, comprising Lagoon Rooms, Lagoon Deluxe and Lagoon Suites, overlooks the tranquil lagoon, tropical gardens and Lagoon Pool. Level 3 and 4 - the latter housing the resort Penthouses - also offer views out to the Coral Sea and neighbouring Hook Island. This wing offers larger rooms and suites than those in the Pool Wing.

Penthouses, located on Level 4 of the Lagoon Wing, overlook the Lily Lagoon, Lagoon Pool, tropical gardens, Hayman Beach and Coral Sea and offer butler service and use of the Penthouse Lounge. The Beach Villa is a beautiful retreat perched on Hayman Beach.
